We have also found that MOST Arnold bread is dairy/egg/nut free, Winn-Dixie brand white bread, Tyson Fun Nuggets, (frozen chicken nuggets) and Tyson frozen grilled and ready chicken strips, jimmy dean original sausage links, SO Delicious Soy Ice Cream (FANTASTIC ON ALLERGY REGULATION.. and my son loves it!), teddy grahams, original sunchips.
All of the previous to my best knowledge are allergen free, of course be sure to check the label as ingredients change. For eating out, cracker barrel has a great allergy free menu and does a great job making sure there is no cross contamination. Zaxby's French fries, burger king chicken fries, chicken tenders, french fries and onion rings. Arbys curly fries, potato cakes and homestyle fries.

Hope this helps someone!
Thanks for all of your suggestions, I'm going to buy some of them from the grocery store now!!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8891950849398027186.post-17818111179569644382010-12-26T08:58:59.296-06:002010-12-26T08:58:59.296-06:00Thank you so much for the list! I learned long ago that a packaging change is never a good sign. I checked the ingredients and started literally to cry in the middle of the grocery store. This woman next to me asked if I was alright and I explained to her what was going on. Bless her heart she tried to help me find a new bread that Roger could have and that was free of HFCS. Finally found Arnold's Dutch Country 100% Whole Wheat. It does not taste as good as the Sara Lee stuff did, but it is both safe (milk free) and doesn't contain HFCS!
Great list. We use a lot of those products. By the way we go February 8th for our annual tests. Praying for good results!SAHMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03363669103715202563noreply@blogger.com
