another thing we have in common....i can't alter recipes very well either. my hubby always reminds me to stick with the recipe...ha, ha! i think food allergies was God's way of forcing me to learn to cook....otherwise we'd be eating out.

I am thrilled to have found your blog. My son has a dairy allergy too! I am going to place a link to your blog on my blogroll!

Wow, talk about kindred spirits, we even have the same background on our blogs. Thank you for giving me the link to this one. Would you mind if I steal your idea for the allergy poll you made? I don't know if you noticed on my blog I had a post called "need a recipe?", that was my way of asking what people were looking for in recipes because I couldn't think of a better way to do it. I like the poll idea though, it seems a much easier way to organize the responses.
OK, I'm off to browse your recipes. Thanks again! :)
Oh, I almost forgot, may I add you to my blogroll?

I'm so glad you posted this recipe! One of our son's allergies is to beef, and every turkey burger I've tried to make has been terrible- and a major frustration for me since I'm used to being a passable cook. Anyway, these were great! Thanks!

Mom2two ~ So glad you enjoyed the turkey burgers!! I've always thought they were quite yummy! :)

It is hard remaining a "passable cook" when there are so many allergies to deal with, isn't it!? :) I know what you mean... :)
